Ready for a new career challenge? Perhaps your position isn’t a good fit or you’ve outgrown it or it’s lost its curb appeal. I totally get it. Not only have I personally been in your shoes, as an executive recruiter, I have coached hundreds of people looking to transition their career and have reinvented my career successfully three times. 

It’s not easy to start a new chapter when you have one foot planted in the old. Together, we will go through my career transition process which starts with defining who you are today, not five years ago when you accepted your last promotion. Next, you will create your authentic brand and determine the parameters that you want in your next position. Finally, you’ll create a strategy and action plan to get the position that’s the perfect fit.

Then, you’ll define companies and roles and start interviewing! I’ll be with you every step of the way, until you land your next adventure!
